Most Boxwell clients live out of state, so we are experienced in servicing out-of-state, even -out of -country clients. Boxwell has built many, many custom designed mountain homes with only one or two visits from the client during construction. At the client walk-through, the clients were thrilled with the final product.

During your building experience, you will have unlimited access to any member of the Boxwell team; however, be assured that our Client Concierge can be your main point of contact anytime during (and even after!) your home is complete.

Our Client Concierge is also our experienced and seasoned Selections Coordinator – truly the perfect partnership of roles. From the design stage through your final walk-through, you’ll be pampered with frequent communications, a steady stream of e-mailed or electronic photos, and timeline of when selections need to be determined. In your selections process, you’ll be given all the freedom that you want in making selections. Boxwell has an on-site selections room where we can assist in making all the selections. No need to run from showroom to showroom to make color selections. If you have ideas, bring them in and we’ll make sure your dreams are made reality. Need help with some ideas?
