Bob's vision of high quality homes and dedication to customer satisfaction provides the vision of our company. He began as a laborer working on his parent's cabin in Winter Park, fell in love with the mountains, and moved to the Fraser Valley permanently after college and founded Laneco Builders with his brother, Steve. They have built more than 250 homes since starting their own business in the early 70's. Key commercial projects include the Fraser and Granby Libraries, Grand Lake Fire station and the Winter Park Mountain Lodge. Bob draws on his experience working with a large commercial contractor in the mid 80's to complete projects on time and on budget.

Bob is a recognized leader in the construction industry in Grand County, having served on the first board of directors of the Grand County Builders Association, along with serving as a founding member of the Fraser Valley Lions Club. He has served terms on the Winter Park Town Council and Grand County Planning Commission.

Bob and his wife, Laura, enjoy skiing, horses, fishing and Bob's children, Courtney and Evan.
