From Conceptual Design to Final Walk-through, one of our experienced Project Managers is your main point of contact.  They are responsible for all aspects of Project management; scheduling, changes, billing, progress photos, daily reports, and the final as-builts.  Each has a laptop computer with high speed internet access to our private Project Management Portal where the project documents reside and are available for viewing by our clients.  This tool is key to the success of any project; particularly if you are half a world away.
