In the perfect world, the design and building process begins even before our client’s purchase a building site.  “we can design to almost any site condition” explains Bob Boxwell, “ but we can most easily accomplish our client’s wishes if we’re involved in the site selection”.  We are most proud of the level of trust we develop with our client’s.  We have built hundreds of homes for people who don’t live here; some as far away as Singapore.

Gathering Your Vision.

If you choose us to design your home, one of the first things we do is sit down and talk about your ideas, look at the photos you’ve cut out from magazines, talk about what you like and don’t like, what kind of “look” you want.  We walk your lot with you, observes the views, the trees and rocks, the access, how the sunlight falls on the land.  We strive to make the house be one with the land; like it grows from the land.

If you choose your own architect, we will work closely with him (her) to insure the scope fits the budget and provide time-tested construction methods to make sure you are getting the most value for your money.

From Napkin Design to Paper and Virtual Reality.

With conceptual drawings in hand, our drafting team begins to draw the floor plans and elevations to scale.  Our structural engineer is along side our team to insure that the ideas and concepts can be built to meet or surpass all codes and safety standards.  

From Dream to Dream Home.

Our project management team supervises every stage of construction, creating timelines and coordinating the process to complete it on time and on budget. Over the years, we have developed relationships with the very best trades in the region to ensure quality, performance, and service.  Whether you visit the site daily or monthly, or maybe not even until the end, you have access to all of the progress, documentation, schedules, and selections from our private Project Management Portal.
